RSVP to Jesus...... to individually and as a Ministry take responsibility for Eucharistic Adoration.

God gives each of us 8,760 hours a year.  Could we (as a Ministry) commit to give back 16 hours in Adoration to our God who suffered agony, torture, incomprehensible pain, and death for three days/36 hours for each one of us?  He was deserted and alone at that time, and His situation is the same today in the Tabernacles of our Churches where He has imprisoned Himself solely for Love of us.  He was crucified at that time and continues to be crucified everyday with disrespect, neglect, disbelief in His Real presence, immodesty, and much, much more. Can you commit some time to be with Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament?

Saint Catherine Laboure said "Whenever I go to the chapel I put myself in the presence of our good Lord, and I say to Him, 'Lord, I am here. Tell me what you would have me to do.' If He gives me some task, I am content and I thank Him. If He gives me nothing, I still thank Him since I do not deserve to receive anything more than that. And then, I tell God everything that is in my heart. I tell him about my pains and my joy, and then i listen. If you listen, God will also speak to you, for with the good Lord, you have to both speak and listen. God always speaks to you when you approach him plainly and simply."

Dear_________and Members of the_________Ministry,

 Regarding Eucharist Adoration, St. Peter Julian Eumard wrote the following:

“Adore and praise the immense love Jesus has for you in this Sacrament of Himself.  In order not to leave you a lonely orphan in this land of exile and misery, He comes from heaven for you personally, to offer you companionship and consolation.  Thank Him therefore with all your love and all your strength; thank Him in union with all the saints ....

Pour out your whole soul in thanksgiving to this good Jesus!  Thank the Holy Spirit for having reincarnated Him on the altar through the ministry of the priest, and that for you personally.  Call upon heaven and earth, angels and men, to help you thank, bless, and exalt so much love for you.”

Jesus, Eucharistic King, Lamb of God, Redeemer and Ruler of the Universe, comes from Heaven for each of us personally, to offer us companionship and consolation.  Could we not watch One Hour with Him?

 St. John Bosco would say, “There is nothing the devil fears more than these two things:  a well-made Communion and frequent visits to the Blessed Sacrament.”  To fight against the evil in our world today, we can bombard Satan with visits to the Blessed Sacrament.

 The Holy Spirit inspires me to write you, and I pray the members of ______Ministry will give their “FIAT” to satisfy the desire of the Trinity for Adoration to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. Although, “we” the families of  St. B Church,  number more than 6,000, Jesus exposed in His Real Presence is visited by few and has been found alone in the Chapel on Wednesdays.  Furthermore, when  FORTY HOURS EUHARISTIC ADORATION is scheduled four times throughout the year, time slots remain unfilled or are difficult to fill especially during the night.  Sometimes a parishioner will remain two to three hours because no one else comes.  Surely the Blessed Trinity moans when a parish of 6,000 families falls short in Adoration, the Adoration Jesus desires and deserves from each of us.

Having written the above, I now ask for a commitment,.  I ask you to RSVP to Jesus...... to individually and as a Ministry take responsibility for Eucharistic Adoration.

Please bear with me as I try to explain an inspired plan....I ask your Ministry for 16 hours.
FORTY HOURS EUCHARISTIC ADORATION scheduled four times a year.......4 hours
WEEKLY ADORATION on WEDNESDAYS.............One hour a month.............12 hours
Each Ministry ..........Total...........16 hours

By lottery, I have scheduled 60 Ministries to fill the FORTY HOURS ADORATION SCHEDULE.  This means that your Ministry will be responsible for Adorers at that designated time, four times a year.  I suggest a minimum of two (2) to four (4) people depending on your membership, and a maximum without limit.  We know our Lord is never outdone, and that your Ministry will be rewarded and blessed abundantly.
The designated day and time for  FORTY HOURS EUCHARISTIC ADORATION for _____Ministry is___(Day)___at __(Time)__.

The scheduled dates for FORTY HOURS for the year are:  ______

 You might have members sign up at one of your meetings.  Each person will be responsible to get a replacement for themselves if something prevents their attendance.  There will be a SIGN IN SHEET, and it will be important that your members sign in and out so we know your Ministry provided coverage, and in order to have proof that this system is working.  Perhaps one of your members might be designated to communicate with the Adoration Ministry leaders.
Now, regarding EUCHARISTIC ADORATION on WEDNESDAYS in the CHAPEL:
The schedule system I have used in the Religious Articles Store has worked almost perfectly for 12 years.  To apply the same to Ministry Adoration on Wednesdays would mean that each Ministry would cover one (1) the same hour, one (1) the same week, every month...... total of 12 hours for the year.  Please see sample of schedule attached. Before I began this project, I prayed that it was God’s Will to do this and not just my desire to do it for Him.  I have prayed much while writing this letter and forming this plan.  I prayed while picking each Ministry and assigning times.  I have finished what I was asked to do.  I now pray that when you receive this plan your heart’s desire will be what God Wills you to do.

Finally, my closing thoughts.  In His Second Coming, Jesus will come Majestic in His Eucharistic Reign. Will He find each of us as one of His faithful adoring Him?  Will He find us a Child of the Kingdom, standing with our Mother Mary to crush  the head of Satan for the Triumph of Her Immaculate Heart?  What we will be, will depend on how much we allow Jesus to have His Way with us.  It is up to each one of us....... to be attentive, to listen to hear His invitation, to utter Fiat, and to come to adore Him.  It’s His greatest pleasure to be one-on-one, face-to-face, Real and Present with you and in you!

TWELVE BIBLICAL REASONS FOR WANTING TO SPEND ONE HOUR WITH JESUS IN THE BLESSED SACRAMENT

1. He is really there!
"I myself Am Living Bread come down from Heaven." (Jn 6:35)
2. Day and night Jesus dwells in the Blessed Sacrament because of his Infinite love for you!
"Behold I will be with you always even to the end of the world, "because "I have loved you with an everlasting love, and constant is My affection for you."  (Mt 28:20; Jer 31:3)
3. The specific way that Jesus asks you to love Him in return is to spend one quiet hour with Him in the Blessed Sacrament.
"Where your treasure is, there is your heart..." "Could you not watch one hour with Me?"  (Mt: 21; 26-40)
4. When you look upon the Sacred host, you look upon Jeus, the Son of God.
"Indeed, this is the will of My Father, that everyone who looks upon the Son and believes in Him shall have Eternal Life. Him I will raise up on the last day."
5. Each moment that you spend in His Eucharistic Presence will increase His Divine Life within you and deepen your personal relationship and friendship with Him.
"I have come that hyou may gave life, and have it more abundantly."  "I am the Vine and you are the branches. Whoever remains in Me and I in Him shall bear much fruit because without Me, you can do nothing."  (Jn 15:5)
6. Each hour you spend with Jesu will deepen His Divine Peace in your heart.
"Come to Me all of you who are weary and find life burdensome and I will refresh you."  "Cast all of your anxieties upon the One who cares for you..."  "My Peace is My Gift to you."
7. Jesus will give you all the graces you need to be happy!
"The Lamb on the throne will shepherd them."  "He will lead them to the springs of life-giving water"  (Rev 7:17)
8. Jesus is infinitely deserving of our unceasing thanksgiving and adoration for all He has done for our salvation.
"Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive honor, glory and praise."  (Rev 5:12)
9. For peace in our country.
"When my people humble themselves and seek My Presence I will revive their land"  (2 Cor 2:17)
10. Each hour that you spend with Jesus on earth will leave your soul everlastingly more beautiful and glorious in Heaven.
"They who humble themselves will be exhaulted..."  "All of gazing on the Lord's glory with unveiled faces are being transformed from glory to glory into His very image."
11. Jesus will bless you your family and the whole world for this hour of faith you spend with Him in the Blessed Sacrament.
"Blessed are they who do not see and yet believe..."  "Faith can move mountains..."  "What is needed is trust..."  "Behold I come to make all things new..."   (Jn: 20:29;  Mk 20:23;  Mk 5:36;  Rev 21:5)
12. Each moment you spend with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament brings joy, pleasure and delight to His Sacred Heart!
"My joy, My pleasure, My delight to be with you."   (Prov 8:31)
